I love designing naturalish wolves I didn't mean for him to turn out soooo red, but I just went with it

how did you die?: It was a rather normal night to begin with... Shim was walking home with his girlfriend after a date when a rough-looking group came from a dark alleyway and blocked their way. Things went from bad to worse when one of the guys started harassing Shim's girlfriend, so of course he decided to defend her honor. It was at that time that the leader decided Shim would make a great punching bag, but they only stopped once it was too late. They left him mostly unconscious, broken and bleeding on the sidewalk to the sound of his girlfriend's screams as they dragged her away...

human appearance: While human, Shim was rather tall and lanky with lots of tattoos and a nose piercing. He had dark brown eyes that were nearly black and his light-brown hair was always a mess and in need of a haircut.
human personality: Shim was rather soft-spoken and always polite. He had a rather rough childhood, but instead of taking it out on the world he tried to make it a better place and brighten peoples lives, even if it usually just ended up with the people he tried to help using him and then completely disregarding him..
human history: Shim was orphaned when he was only seven and he had no other family to turn to, so he was sent from foster home to foster home, and not all of them were the best of places... While grieving for the loss of his family he had to put up with strict rules, bratty children, drunks, and abusive adults. Despite his harsh situation he always tried to find the good in everything, always finding hope in the smallest shred of light. Once he was fifteen he found a 'permanent' home which was actually a rather nice place, but by that point he was irrevocably damaged by his past; however, he had finally found a place to call home and he did not take that fact for granted. ..
